Service Delivery Supervisor

A west-loop telecommunications company is currently in search of a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of switched and dedicated service delivery. The Service Delivery Supervisor will directly supervise all employees in the switched and dedicated service delivery team.  The supervisor will also be  interviewing and hiring employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:Submit and track orders to Switched and Dedicated service providers and resolve issues that interfere with the completion of requests. Update internal and external systems as necessary to manage change requests.Oversees the work of Service Delivery Representatives to ensure that work is completed within established deadlines, policies, and procedures while meeting customer expectations.Work with our customers, vendors & suppliers to coordinate technical and administrative information for installations on assigned orders.Handle complex customer requests, order processing and coordinating of customer service needs.Assist Switched and Dedicated Service Delivery Team with the necessary level of escalation to ensure the processing of customer’s requests when additional expertise is needed.Responsible for promoting good customer relations by providing necessary customer service and offering support for the team.Provide support for new and existing customer base. React and respond to customer concerns, requests and inquiries. Corresponds with customer and other company departments to obtain facts regarding customer complaints on installations and orders.Responsible for submission of completed Switched and Dedicated Service Delivery end of month reports to other department managers for data collection.

Bachelor's degree preferred, 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred in telecom.
