Services Delivery Specialist
In this role, you will provide leadership to Engagements for our Telecom Cost Management Services clients which include a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations of quality service and superior standards.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerform the day to day management of the following business area: Serve as primary contact with Client. Communicate weekly/monthly status/performance reports to client
Work closely with Integration team to drive project to successful closure within expected timeframes and budget.
Provide Month-end Reporting of all client invoices/spend/carrier/provisioning/cell activity/SLA’s.
Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction Ratings.
Process development related to issues causing provisioning/processing delays.
Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements are met within documented timelines. 6-8 years business, consulting or finance/telecom/technology-related work experience.
Position requires a high degree of interpersonal communication, analytic and leadership skills. Ideal candidate must be decisive, flexible, and calm under pressure. Candidate must be able to manage multiple groups outside their direct control and facilitate team oriented dialogue to ensure successful management of the program.
Must be proficient on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.
Project Management Experience Required.
Education
A BS/BA degree in a financial discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business etc) is preferred.
