Hudson Towers, LLC is a turnkey wireless tower site development firm that specializes in new raw-land cellular tower sites nationwide

 

We are expanding our team and seeking candidates that have developed cellular towers

 

Ideal candidates are CURRENTLY or  have VERY RECENTLY worked on a cellular tower project as a “Site Acquisition Specialist”, “Project Manager”, “Project Director”, “Construction Manager”, “RF Engineer”, “Zoning Specialist”, or "Attorney"

 

 

and have:

 Excellent wireless carrier tower knowledge of their local marketClose relationships with the wireless carriers that serve their marketThe experience to handle every aspect of tower site development from the site selection process, to lease negotiations, to the completion of tower construction, to the continued marketing of the new cellular tower site 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 Find suitable raw-land locations to lease, zone, permit, and build a multi-tenant cellular towerPreliminary zoning review and analysis of site locationDetermine carrier interest in the site and negotiate a carrier lease agreementDetermine landlord interest in the site and negotiate a land lease agreementAnalyze zoning maps, tax maps, deeds, title and other required documentationCoordinate, schedule, and attend site visits and technical team visitsCoordinate and order required environmental and FAA reports/studiesZoning and construction plan reviewsObtain landlord/carrier approval on all drawings and zoning/permit applicationsComplete zoning applications for submittal to jurisdictionsCoordinate the zoning process with outside counsel and vendorsAttend community meetings and zoning hearingsFile and expedite building permitsMarket the site to other carriers in the BTA/MTABid the site to different vendors for the best pricesMust have knowledge of site acquisitions, real estate, zoning and permittingMust have a vehicle, computer, and cell phone
