Job Description Sr Analyst-Financial Systems p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities " Responsible for Project Planning, Program Design, Unit & System Testing, End-user Interfaces" Manage Employee Chartfield coding process in conjunction with Areas & Regions" Support Month-End Processes: Journal Loads, Edit & Posting, Combination Rules and Workflow" Oversee General Ledger Systems training and development" Responsible for writing PeopleSoft Queries" Responsible for documenting policies, procedures and adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley" Assist in the facilitation of the external and internal reporting and audit processes" Manage monthly Budget loads into PeopleSoft Financials from Essbase data provided by HQ Finance Budget group" Review and approve/deny all ACSRs related to the access of Peoplesoft Financials General Ledger module. Follow up to ensure all roles requested and approved are granted by ERP Security" Other ad hoc analyses as needed p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications Required:" Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting or Finance" Extensive knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger Application" Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Accounts Payable, Asset Management, and Purchasing Modules" General Ledger Interface management experience" Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications" Excellent written and oral communication skills" Well-developed analytical and interpretive skills" Exceptional organization skills" Willing to work overtime as neededPreferred:" Experience with PeopleSoft 8.4 and PeopleSoft Implementations " Knowledge of cellular or telecommunications industry" Experience working in a shared services environment We are an equal opportunity employer m/f/d/v.
