Sr. Business Analyst

Rightstaff Inc. is currently recruiting for a Sr. Business Analyst for a direct hire opportunity for one of our clients in the North Dallas area. 

Responsibilities:Lead the effort to investigate and resolve site revenue issuesDevelop the processes, procedures, and tools required to facilitate the interaction with the Sales team to deliver solutions to the customerManage the processes, people, data, and tools necessary to trouble-shoot problems at sitesPerform analysis on drivers of decline and root cause

Principal Duties:Develop the process for managing site investigations. Includes establishing methods of submitting requests, identifying departmental participants, leading the development of process and analysis tools, and establishing work flowsCommunicate with Sales (or other departments) to gather the detailed documentation on the nature of the complaint and the necessary analytical inputsOrganize multi-departmental effort to resolve site issues.Perform hands-on analysis of data to determine route cause.Summarize findings and report back to sales team, finance team, and facility customer.

Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience in managing business processesDemonstrated willingness to take the initiative to solve business problemsExcellent skills with MS ExcelStrong knowledge of MS Access and SQL QueryStrong ability to analyze and solve problemsAbility to use good judgment in evaluation and decision makingAble to maintain effectiveness in a changing environmentExcellent at multi-tasking, setting priorities and tracking issuesStrong communication skills, written and verbalMust have a Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
