Sr Business Analyst- Marketing

Senior Business Analyst:

• Working with all levels of staff and departments to consolidate project requirements and tasks required
• Evaluate and recommend alternatives to meet requirements
• Manage and oversees the implementation of overall solution(s)
• Project planning, project definition, risk management, systems analysis, R.O.I., and related project documentation

Required Job Skills:
• Thorough understanding of requirements gathering and management concepts, tools and methods
• Solid understanding of technical terms/systems. Understands system functionality at a high level
• Thorough understanding of business case definition and interpretation
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrates initiative; ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
• Solid ERP and CRM experience a must

Requires: 5 years direct experience in ERP & CRM.
Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
