Job Description Sr. C# .Net Programmer (financial systems) p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities The incumbent will be developing new functionality for an inventory/financial system. " Design & Develop Web application using C#, ASP.Net, XML Web Services, JavaScript and SQL Server 2005 with Visual Studio 2005/.Net 2.0" Manage technical tasks, including development, implementation, integration, configuration, and management of software applications & hardware systems. " Ability to work as individual or as team to solve problems and work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines under pressure." Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills including functional requirements specifications, documentation of design and usage, and standard processes and procedures. " Effectively participate in meetings and collaborate with other teams. " Demonstrate ability to complete projects on time, report progress and an initiative to expand level of responsibility. " Develop solid technical foundation and good working knowledge of company products and technologies. " Proactively seek to expand knowledge and supplement skills through appropriate use of books, manuals, and other materials for self-study and point of need training. " Maintain and generate reports with existing report management system using .net, SQL Server 2000, VBA in Excel, VB Scripts. p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications Required:" Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience." Four plus years of experience with developing software application using Microsoft technologies." Three plus years of experience in web application development using Microsoft .Net 2.0, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.Net and Web Services using Visual Studio 2003./2005" Four Plus years of experience in administering and developing application with SQL Server 2000/2005 including (stored procedures, triggers), VB Scripting, VBA, Visual SourceSafe, IIS, COM/COM+, ADO, JavaScript. " Analyze, design, develop and performance tune SQL Server 2000/2005 queries and develop packages using DTS/Integration services." Self starter, ability to multi-task, values proactive approach, strong problem solving and complete task individually or as a team.Plus:" Microsoft Certification desirable: MCSD.Net, and/or MCDBA " Microsoft Certification in SQL Server 2000, MS SQL 2005" Working knowledge on Crystal Reports and SQL Reporting" Knowledgeable in Verizon Wireless products and services " Experience in Inventory/POS Systems (Dymax and NetAce)" Working Knowledge on Microsoft Enterprise Libraries, Component Art and Telerik controls We are an equal opportunity employer m/f/d/v.
