INFORMATION ON THE POSITION
· Review the network and client requirement
· Design all major aspects of the network
· Support technical design, implementation and troubleshooting Cisco IPT and VoIP networks
· Should be able to work independently or as a part of team
INFORMATION ON QUALIFICATIONS
· 2-3 years of IP telephony experience
· Strong experience with Cisco CallManager (Unified Communication Manager), Cisco Unity system is a must
· Experience in network (IP and Telco), data, access, performance, scalability, security, reliability and fault tolerance
· Systems using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) units, Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), and Computer Telephony Interface (CTI)
· Routing and Switching (CCNP, CCIE or equivalent)
· Cisco IP Telephony design & implementation (CCVP, CIPT & Unity certification or equivalent) highly desired
· Experience with other vendors (Avaya, Nortel, NEC) PBXs will be a plus
· Experience with other Cisco Unified application like Meetingplace, UCC Express, Meetingplace express will be a plus
· IPCC and Call Center a plus
· Ability to travel 25-50% is possible based on location and project requirements
EDUCATION
A bachelor’s degree is required accompanied with designated certifications. A master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have a desire to gain technical skills through advanced certifications (MCSE/CCNP/CCVP/CCIE) or other similar achievements.
