Sr. Dir., Transaction Tax Planning & Compliance

Sr. Dir., Transaction Tax Planning & Compliance Requirements * Ensure that Company is in compliance with all consumption-based taxes * Direct the preparation of all sales and use, telecom and miscellaneous tax returns and regulatory fee filings * Coordinate and review financial information from all of the billing systems needed to prepare the tax returns, * Maintain tax billing inputs * Maintain tax exemption system * Reconcile tax accounts monthly * Direct tax billing system development * Manage staff Qualifications: * Extensive experience in managing sales and use taxes * Experience with telecom and utility taxes * Experienced with Vertex * Strong Excel skills * Experience with Oracle preferred * Detail oriented and organized * Strong verbal and written communication skills * 12 years minimum corporate tax or public accounting experience, including extensive experience in compliance * B.S. degree * CPA, M.T. or J.D. preferred#MAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
