Plans and tracks multiple large and/or complex projects and coordinates taskswith management and project teams Essential Duties and Expectations: Utilize tools creatively to diagnose and resolve unusual/undefined problems Configure and Maintain security software used for identity/access management andbusiness federation Provide documentation for projects involving security systems, including ananalysis of security software impacted by each project, and detailedinstructions of tasks performed during implementation Evaluate causes of infrastructure problems Analyze trends in technology and requirements to develop standard solutions thatfit well into architecture and address needs Define system back-up/restore procedures Analyze and synthesize information and identify alternatives Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Certifications: Security +, TIM, TAM or TFIM Experience with the IBM Tivoli suite of security products, including TIM, TAM orTFIM Understanding of the organization's directions and standards for developingsecurity based applications Ability to exercise judgment to determine appropriate action Advanced written and verbal communication skills Advanced problem solving/decision making skills Advanced troubleshooting/diagnostic skills Organization skills Documentation skills Proficient use of business software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,and Outlook) Understanding of IT terminology in order to interact with higher level ITProgrammers Education and Experience Requirements: College degree in a Technical or related field and 3-5 years professional levelexperience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7+ years professionallevel related Technical experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or anequivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required.
