Sr. HR Coordinator
The Senior HR Coordinator is responsible for all of the job functions of the HR Coordinator and must have demonstrated a sound understanding of those responsibilities before progressing into this role. In addition, the Senior HR Coordinator will work more independently and proactively, and will be more visible to the business. The Senior HR Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources Associate, Manager, and/or Director providing administrative support on a variety of daily activities including the processing of all employee status changes via PeopleSoft (HRMS system), maintenance of all employee and applicant data (in personnel files and applicant files), responding to employee questions, assisting managers within the various businesses with HR policy and processes questions, writing queries in PeopleSoft, administering benefits and assisting in the recruitment process. The Senior HR Coordinator will participate and conduct employee meetings where appropriate (such as new employee orientation, annual benefit enrollment meetings, etc). They will handle sensitive and confidential information on an everyday basis. The Senior HR Coordinator is entrusted with maintaining all employee and applicant data and are often the "Eyes & Ears" of the organization. The Senior HR Coordinator will participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: AS/BS degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources. Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience (preferably in HR environment). Solid background and understanding of PeopleSoft and BrassRing databases. Must have the ability to handle various employee issues in a confidential and sensitive manner. Must be proficient in office software use including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and GroupWise Thorough knowledge and experience in Internet use and databases. Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and must be attentive to details. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while managing multiple tasks. Must be able to work frequent overtime on short notice. Ability to work independently.Please click here to submit your resume
