Sr Human Resources Professional
The Senior HR Professional will be a seasoned HR person with strong Compensation and HR Project Management focus. Will be responsible for Human Resources project management in the areas of compensation, performance management, employee satisfaction surveys, HRIS system conversion, etc... Focus will include the design, implementation and administration of regional compensation policies, programs and procedures including market data analysis/reporting, variable pay programs, sales compensation, incentive/bonus programs, and compensation systems. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge of general Human Resources practices with specific strengths in Compensation and Project Management.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in compensation.
Desire experience operating in an SAP HR system environment.
Working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local employment laws and Regulations including, but not limited to, FLSA, ADA, EEO, IRCA, and FMLA.
Excellent customer service skills and oral/written communications skills.
Strong analytical and computer skills including excel, access database and powerpoint
Professionally and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage high volume of work and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to partner dynamically with all leaders as an internal consultant to strategize, define and resolve complex issues. Professionally and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related discipline preferred.
