Sr. Network Engineer

Individual shall develop high quality assessments that provide an understanding and resolution to network engineering and network security related events and problem sets. Be able to address problem areas and recommend solutions. Minimum Requirements:Active DoD Secret clearance required; TS clearance highly desired.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline is required. Seven (7) years Network Engineerng experience and three (3) years of IA specialized experience is required. Masters or PhD degree highly desired. General Experience: Includes 7 years of experience in system engineering, information systems security engineering, CISSP or equivalent. Windows/Windows NT, UNIX, VPN, PKI, Directory Services, Biometrics, Remote Access, development of software products and information systems. Experience performing work of a technical nature at progressively increasing levels of responsibility. Desired Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Information Assurance, Information Assurance Enabling Products, Communications Computer Security (COMPUSEC); Communications Security (COMSEC); TEMPEST; or Operations Security (OPSEC) is required. Experience in systems engineering, design, development or applications of IA products and systems. Experience in the analysis and design of business applications on complex systems for large-scale computers, including experience in data base management concepts and the utilization of required programming languages. Knowledge of state-of-the-art web security technology methods is required, as well as the ability to formulate specifications for system developers to use in coding, testing, and debugging of computer systems.
