Sr. Project Management Advanced Services
As part of the Houston Region PMO Organization:
Ensure the Region PMO is providing excellent internal and external customer service. Continually model TCF behavior
- Provide Project Management leadership, expertise, and support for Major Project Initiatives.
- Working with Corporate, Division, Region, and Areas, develop detailed project plans and schedules for assigned projects.
- Identify and Manage Risk and Risk Mitigation strategies for assigned projects.
- Identify and Manage Project Dependencies for assigned projects.
- Project Monitoring and Control Ensure Project Milestones and Key Tasks are accomplished; ensure overall Timelines are met.
- Identify and Manage Project and/or Program Issues.
- Provide Cross-Functional Communication related to assigned project initiatives. Facilitate project status meetings with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Executive Reporting Report Project Status and Metrics to Region, Division, Corporate. Develop and present project status information in the form of briefings, project coordination meetings, and written reports.
- Initiate and participate in progress and quality reviews of Region and System Projects as part of Project Control and Project Closure processes.
- Provide PM Mentoring, Development and Coaching to the Regional PMO team and assist the team with project planning and project control mechanisms, as needed.
- Provide PM process development and improvement across the Region, Areas, and Systems. Be proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements that will make the divisional, regional and local system teams more productive.
- Facilitate the PM Working Model Jump Start the PM process to meet aggressive requirements and schedules within the Region.
- Participate in company events such as training and internal initiatives related to PMO/Project Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years experience managing multi-organizational, complex, technology projects and teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of Networking and Video related experience either as an engineer and/or managing Network and Video-related Design and Deployment projects.
- Candidate must have strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and project management skills and have the ability to balance competing priorities in a very dynamic/fast paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required.
- Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required.
- Excellent meeting facilitation, planning and management skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
- Knowledge of project management industry best practices.
- Proficient with MS Project, MS Project Server, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- PMP is highly desired but not required.
- Cable industry experience is a plus.
- Some regional and local travel is required.
