Sr. Quality Process Manager

A Sr. Quality Process Manager is needed to join a highly motivated team whose goal is to design and deploy Enterprise Management System solutions consisting of infrastructure and software services. The Engineer will provide technical documentation and training support across all functional areas, for large- and small-scale systems, integrated into a federal government customer environment.

Candidates applying for this position must possess at least five years of applicable experience as an IntegrationDeployment Engineer and have proven presentation and writing skills. The candidate s breadth of working knowledge and experience should include most, if not all, of the following areas:

" Familiarity with performance analysis and reporting using tools such as Concord eHealth Suite and/or OpenView Performance Insight
" Familiarity with HelpDesk (ITIL Service Desk) tool suites such as Remedy, Service Desk and/or Peregrine
" Familiarity with Enterprise Management technologies such as HP OpenView Operations and/or BMC Patrol, or AT&T AGMEMS
" Platform implementation planning of Centralized and Distributed architectures in large enterprise environments
" ITIL-based operations process development
" Strong verbal (presentation) and written communication skills

Specific job requirements include: develop and deliver end-user training packages for complex enterprise management solutions in specific customer environments. The selected candidate will work with project-engineering staff to define and document project, system, and software processes, as well as to develop work aids/instructions and tools to support process implementation. Required Skills:A BS/BA technical degree is required, with applicable experience; an MS/MA degree is preferred. ITIL Foundation certification is also required. Work will be performed in Middletown, NJ with occasional travel to the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area and other CONUS locations. No relocation is authorized; lateral transfers only. Candidate must possess or be willing to acquire a US Government issued Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
