PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

·Lead network designand optimization efforts using Newfield & client software tools

·Work with clientRF Design and System Performance engineers on live network design and optimizationprojects

·Train engineerson design and optimization software, methods, procedures

·Work with Solarisand PC–based RF planning software

·Write procedures,guidelines, project reports and training materials

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·BSEE in Electrical Engineering or related field

·3+ years CDMA system design and/or optimization experience

·Proficiency in CDMA air interface and optimization

·System design/engineering, link-budget analysis

·Experiment design, error budgets, data collection andanalysis

·Quick learner, self-motivated, with strong attentionto detail and outstanding customer service orientation

·Excellent written and verbal communication &presentation skills

 

DESIRABLE:

·Experience and formal training in RF planning tools suchas Atoll (Forsk) and PlanetEV (Mentum) planning tools

·In-depth understanding of RF (radio frequency) propagationand test equipment

·Management, teaching, mentoring, and/or advisoryexperience

·Experience working with RF planning software designengineers

·Proficiency with data analysis, plotting, presentationsoftware
