Sr. Sales Engineer
Kentrox is the market share leader for automated network maintenance and control solutions for mobile network operators. We have deployed nearly 1 million T1 access products worldwide, in excess of 125,000 T1 products at cell sites, and more than 34,000 installations of remote site management solutions.
With the joining of Kentrox and Applied Innovation in May 2007, we strengthened our industry-leading mobile solutions for proactive cell site monitoring and control, and cell site management and access. This enables mobile operators to improve availability of cell sites, increase network quality, and maximize technician efficiency through improved cell site planning.

We currently have openings for Sales Directors, that can be located in either the Central or Western regions. Sales Directors positions are REMOTE positions that wrok from a home office. Details of the opening are as follows:
Essential Responsibilities:Identify, cultivate and procure new direct business sales relationships within designated region.Meet and/or exceed predetermined Sales objectives.Work closely with peers within a specific named account list for purpose of increased revenue opportunities.Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer interaction, driving sales, solution selling, and engaging key influencers and decision.Implement the regional development strategy and action plan while operating within the guidelines of company's worldwide sales strategy.Develop and implement region-wide promotional plans consistent with the company-wide sales and marketing objectives.Complete monthly reports of quarter-to-date performance, comparing quotas, forecast, bookings, billings and backlog.Complete a weekly forecast and territory development accomplishments list.
Required Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent. Highly motivated self starter with strong interpersonal skills and integrity. 5-7 years of successful field, hardware or software sales experience. Familiarity with Wireless and other networking telephony peripherals a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to initiate, develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Broad-based technical knowledge required, complimented by an understanding of wireless networking technology Ability to generate customer-specific presentations and documentation. Must be aggressive self-starter with results-oriented and customer success mindset. Broad understanding of Tier 1 service strategies and technologies. Team player with proven ability to influence decisions
