We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Telephone & Video Product Manager for Cox Business who wants a rewarding career with a company that recognizes performance, appreciates innovation and focuses on its employees and its customers.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the overall life cycle management of commercial voice & video products and services.Define and implement product specific strategies. Ensure successful rollout of new products/enhancements by building relationships with existing system teams and corporate organizations to ensure support.Manage the evolution, packaging, pricing and positioning of commercial voice products.Perform extensive competitive analysis. Recommend pricing and perform business case analysis and budgeting support to Business Development and Marketing.Manage day to day operational support for voice & video products, including customer fulfillment and general process management.Represent marketing organization on commercial product related projects, both locally and nationally, to help establish and drive direction for the Marketing team.Provide ongoing support as needed to help Marketing drive sales goals.Perform ongoing analysis of operational efficiency performance, including regular monitoring of actual product performance to metrics and service level expectations.Work with corporate as appropriate to help define and anticipate customer needs, glean market research, and define service requirements.Demonstrate technical competency with voice & video products by being able to speak about technology with credibility, in laymans terms. Act as a liaison between corporate product development, marketing, and sales to support the customers product needs and demands in a competitive market.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree a plus.Five to seven years of experience in cable/telecommunications industry with a focus on delivering voice services. Video service experience a plus. Marketing or managing commercial products a plus.Strong technical & operational understanding of business-class circuit-switched and packet-switched voice service platforms required. Strong results orientation, with a successful track record of timely achievement of aggressive goals, within budget.Ability to work in a team environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
