Store Manager

Job Description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to drivingproductivity to ensure each Wireless Consultant meets/exceeds all salesobjectives; effectively coaching, training and recruiting of staff through theperformance management process; effectively handling escalated customer serviceissues; and managing financial control through inventory and adjustmentprocedures; opening / closing of store; scheduling of staff; performing floorobservations of the sales and service processes; and performing back officeduties including exception reporting, inventory and repair and otheradministrative tasks. Minimum Requirements: The ability to manage and maintain an organized andproductive retail store. Good leadership, management, coaching and motivationskills, training and teaching skills, mathematical and inventory skills,excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, and superiorcustomer service skills are required. Flexibility with work hours and changingjob demands is required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred with anemphasis in Sales or Marketing. Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience and 0-1 year supervisory experience. Desired Qualifications: Strong leadership and motivational skills with theability to drive productivity and foster a customer service oriented teamenvironment. Highly developed written and oral communication skills. Outstandingtime management and organizational skills.
