This is an amazing opportunity to join Special Data Processing and gain experience as a Subscription Sales Associate who converts inquiries into sales; answers inquiries; influences customers to buy products; documents transactions; maintains database; keeps equipment operational. Qualifications Excellent phone skills. Efficiently handles high volume of calls, answers and directs inquiries. Influences others to take a point of view or conclusion by understanding their motivations. Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive. Presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing message on customer needs and expectations. Skilled at getting sales over the phone. Prepares list of leads, delivers benefit statements, handles objections, and records statistics on each call. Efficiently operates terminal and enters data. (A minimum of 5,000 ksph) Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs. Demonstrates persistence. Strives to improve skills and achieve goals despite setbacks, obstacles. Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment. High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
