Supervisor PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS · Responsible for direct supervision of 12 to 20 Customer Service Representatives· Ensuring that customers receive prompt, accurate and professional answers to questions· Maintains professional and accurate customer/technical support environment· Assists Manager in creating work flow charts and scheduling shifts for efficient coverage· Analyzes call flow and makes recommendations for more efficient call tracking· Coaches and motivates staff· Assists in interviewing and selection of new employees· Responsible for maintaining CSR service level· Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment· Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager  EDUCATION · College Degree preferred EXPERIENCE · One year supervisory experience · One year call center experience
