Support Engineers (permanent)

CTG is seeking 3 Support Engineers to work on a permanent opportunity with our client in Plymouth, MN. Primary Position Responsibilities:Provide in-depth product support for our Enterprise customers. Analyze, identify and correct problems that result in network or system outrages, including LAN, WAN, hardware failures as well as product defects. Perform Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) as required. On-call and after hours availability is required. Ability to provide resolution on a broad product set using previous and ongoing experience. Minimum Job Requirements:•CCNA required.•4-year degree in related technical field or the equivalent in experience.•3 years technical customer support experience.•Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills.•Strong organizational skills.•Ability to make critical decisions.•Knowledge of at least two of the following: Database subsystems, LAN/WAN protocols, Cisco CCM and/or Unity design, Network tools to aid in fault resolutions, Network security and access methods, UNIX/NT/XP operation systems.•Excellent verbal and communication skills.•Strong customer service skills.•CCVP or CCNP strongly preferred.•Ability to work on-call. Please send MS Word resume to dan.genovaldi@ctg.com  No third party resumes please.
