Supv Whse & Materials Mgmt

Oversee day and/or night and weekend activities at warehouse/converter management center.

Resolve issues for initialization of digital converters.

Develop team to produce supply of converters, tools and equipment for installation and service of Comcast products and services.

Supervise and motivate employees for maximized and efficient distribution and collection of equipment and materials.

Integrate converter management with other related departments, i.e. DDP, Check-In and Collections.

Develop and maintain monthly reconciliation of converters issues to contractors and in-house employees.

Oversee monthly inventory procedures, counts and audits.

Provide reconciliation to contractors and develop chargeback mechanism for unaccounted for converters.

Regular and consistent attendance necessary.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing.
Experience operating forklift.
Ability to use personal computer and applicable software.
Ability to initializing, distribute and poll digital converters.
Ability to troubleshoot digital converters in the initialization process.
Ability to coach, train and motivate staff.
Bachelor's degree or the recognized equivalent in work experience or a combination of work experience and education.

Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years related work experience.

Working Conditions:
Ability to lift 55 lbs.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to travel in inclement weather. Also available to work evenings, nights and weekends.
