As a key contributor in a team creating high-complexity networking platform, you will responsible for system testing of hardware and software as it relates to this platform.  You will need to put forth and execute on a comprehensive test strategy based on evolving and changing product specifications; Partner with design and development teams to debug complex problems; Regression test and test automation strategy; Establish and build out test labs and work with cross-functional teams.

 

Experience/Skills:

 

+ BS/MS in EE/CS or similar field

+ 7-10+ yrs of complex product test and platform testing experience

+ Prior Ethernet technology experience a plus Solid understanding + of Embedded system platform and High Availability applications

+ Strong knowledge in system scalability and performance, in addition to experience in L2/L3 protocols, 

+ to IP service, Access Control, TCP/IP, networking concepts and

+ protocols Possess in-depth knowledge in System / Solution Tests

+ related to chassis based hardware and software (embedded and

+ application software) Strong analytical skills to debug and isolate problems 

+  Must create very solid test plans and procedures Self starter, proactive and must be able to handle

+ multiple tasks Excellent communication skills

+ Some customers service / debug experience is a plus
