Systems Integration Manager-Wireless

You will be responsible for full specification and testing of third party equipment elements that are deployed in NextG Networks systems including fiber-microcell equipment used for GSM, CDMA, UMTS and IS-136 applications. You will also be responsible for managing our overseas vendors for new product developments and maintaining high quality and on-time delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced start up environment and direct both internal and external resources to achieve aggressive goals.

 

We require a BSEE or equivalent, and 10 or more years of experience with wireless and/or optical equipment design, testing and/or system integration. Direct experience with fiber microcells and/or CWDM a plus. 3+ years of management experience required.
