TELEMARKETERS NEEDED

3 Years minimum outbound call center environment in either a sales capacity or appointment setting position. Excellent communication skills Fluent in use of English language Ability to work in a team oriented environment Proficiency in basic PC programs (Word, Excel) and lead management software. Proficiency with the internet Ability to work nights and weekends. 2 SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Monday through Thursday: 10:30am - 7:30pm, and Saturday 9am - 5pm or Sunday 10am - 5pm Monday through Friday: 11:30am - 8:30pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and schedule appointments for in home designers Provide appropriate and excellent customer service Serve as a liason between the lead generation source, homeowner, and in home designers Support in home design sales team, marketing team, demonstrators and all other departments to achieve company goals and objectives Meet and exceed daily and weekly quotas set by management Manage administration of leads in lead management software, update lead status and create reports. Identify and overcome customer objections to schedule appointments in a timely manner 60 percent of the time will be telemarketing warm leads and testing new lead sources. Pay: $12-15 DOE.
