Responsible for maintaining the troubleshooting process for customers(internal & external) reported issues. Acts as a liason between Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Corporate Engineering and our customers. Coordinates Technical Support Field Engineer's customer visits & field testing activities. Performs 1st line diagnostics on subscriber network trouble tickets.Skills:These folks will be working network trouble tickets They will need to be good on the computer and be functional in Word and Excel. Sprint will provide training but would like them to have some knowledge of the Sprint network and phone features. They will be utilizing Sprint's internal trouble shooting tools to isolate customer issues and dispatch to fix agents when necessary.They need to be team players with very good written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment. Good problem solving and decision making.Network experience (Sprint network preferred). Requires little supervision, detail oriented, comfortable using computers and databases.HOT REQUIREMENT.
