Technical Services Team Lead

This role is the main point of contact for projects, outages, and overall technical support for our Peoria contact center. The incumbent will supervise Technical Services employees, be proactive in identifying possible issues, actively participate in corporate-wide projects, and develop and maintain a good working relationship with other departments. Requires extensive familiarity with PBX, Rockwell, Norton, Cisco or similar systems.

Responsibilities:
•  Oversee day-to-day technical operations of one or more sites
•  Assist Technical Services support staff with trouble tickets
•  Coordinate software/hardware upgrades
•  Develop training plans
•  Assist with leadership of the Technical Services staff

Qualifications:
•  Post-high-school technical training
•  4 years of relevant industry experience
•  Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+ certification or Network+ certification
•  Previous customer service experience
•  Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
