This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing team and work in a progressive environment.Please contact ASAP with job No: 11806JOB DESCRIPTION:Technical Support Representative II supports the NTSG first line technicians in the local market by efficiently diagnosing and resolving both internal and external customer network trouble tickets. Determine if the customer’s problem/complaint is network, RF coverage or subscriber hardware related utilizing specialized RF test hardware and software. Coordinate any corrective action with the appropriate RF Engineers as necessary. Interface with RF design engineers, MSO, Field Operations, etc. to provide optimum system quality and operation. Work with and assist RF Group and Ops when needed with system maintenance.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Computer skills, Troubleshooting experience. Logical process flow base. Require at least one of the following: CDMA network, Lucent, Motorola and Nortel experience. Sprint provisioning stream experience. Ensemble knowledge.
