Telecom Billing Analyst

The leading provider of Telecom Solutions for Fortune 500 companies and telecommunications carriers has an immediate need for a Telecom Billing Analyst.

As the Telecom Billing Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis of client telecom billing information to determine compliance with existing service contracts.  Also you will be analyzing billing errors and identifying cost savings opportunities for clients; performing audits to ensure billing accuracy for a defined vendor service type, specific vendor, or defined group of accounts.  Good communication skills are essential as you will also be assisting with maintaining good long term working relationships with clients and vendors.

Other responsibilities:

*Work with billing analysts and other staff to ensure that client needs and requirements are being met.

*Participate in regular internal and client-facing meetings.

*Prepare reports and presentations as requested.

*Meet established timelines for regular client reporting.

*Maintain established targets for quantity of claims filed and achieve savings guarantees and goals as assigned.

Requirements:

Telecom industry experiences is a must, 3+ years of heavy billing audit/analysis, strong word and excel skills
