Telecom Project Manager (Provisioning)

The Project Manager is responsible for managing customer orders for conversion onto the Broadview network from inception to completion.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 Managing up to 30 orders on a daily basis. Working with internal and external personnel to assure orders stay within set order intervals. Communicating with internal personnel as well as customers and vendors to schedule site visits and customer activations. Keeping sales people and customers informed as to the progress of their orders.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.2+ years in Telecommunications field. Prior project management experience. Microsoft Office and Windows skills.

 

Special Skills/Equipment:

 Knowledge and experience with Granite softwareWorking knowledge of Verizon GUI and CSG databasesFamiliarity with Cisco systems routers and firewallsWorking knowledge of NPAC databaseStrong customer service related backgroundStrong time management skills
