SUMMARY: The Telecommunications Analyst provides support of corporate-wide voice communications for CCA. Works with vendors to coordinate installation, de-installation, and upgrade of services and equipment as assigned. Performs administrative software changes on Avaya PBX system as required. Responsible for all aspects of wireless/cellular phones, data devices (ie. Blackberry), and pagers corporate-wide, including provisioning, setup and programming of devices. Works directly with Technology Support Center and Enterprise Operations teams to configure devices and applications to ensure working appropriately. Provides technical training to end users on device setup and usage as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of telecommunications experience is required. Solid understanding of telecommunications industry terms and standards required. Experience working with provisioning and billing platforms under the major telecommunications carriers, to include AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, and Verizon, required. Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with Avaya PBX systems. Excellent communication skills in working with all levels of an organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is required. A valid driver's license is required.
