Telecommunications Marketing Manager

Wanted: Customer-centric Marketing and Customer Retention Manager for a State-of-the-Art Chicago based Telecommunications provider with a great work environment reputation.Looking for a positive, flexible, multi-tasking, creative and results-driven individual who can work cross-functionally within Sales and Product Management to develop and execute strategies and programs which solidify customer relationships by driving customer satisfaction. Added focus on developing programs to manage customer churn.Must have a long-term customer relationship focus and experience in generating positive brand awareness and customer loyalty.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Will develop, manage and track objectives and strategies of customer loyalty and WIN-BACK programs.2. Lead efforts across cross-functional areas to reduce churn and develop, manage and track customer referral programs.3.Responsible for structure and development of customer satisfaction programs in areas of repair, sales and service delivery, lost prospect, support and product satisfaction.4. Be an active member of Customer Advisory Board.5. Act as Vendor Liaison and help manage vendor performance.MUST HAVE: 7-10 YEARS OF Marketing, Advertising or Communications Experience.BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.Telecommunications Experience Preferred.MBA a Plus.
