Telecommunications Service Support

Matrix Communications is a growing communications company that is currently looking for Network Services Support person. The candidate will be responsible for ordering and maintaining all lines, T1s, and DSL orders from current and new customers. 

On a day-to-day basis, the individual will be responsible for scheduling in house and contracted technicians for work orders and installation.  They will also work with the many carriers Matrix represents to expedite phone and data orders.

Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred, but training will be given.  Strong organizational skills and database knowledge are a must!  Must be able to work in a stressful, fast paced but rewarding position.  THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION, BUT WILL BE WORKING WITH NETWORK SERVICE VENDORS.
