Telemarketing Rep 2

The telemarketer handles outbound telephone calls, covering a full range of customer service in a prompt and professional manner, obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.

1. Contact all pending disconnects.
2. Making outbound calls via the telephone in order to upgrade existing customers, including customers with pending installations, and sell cable service to non-customers.
3. Make win back offers to all customers who switch to competitive providers.
4. Survey and log trends.
5. Prepare weekly reports analyzing all customer concerns, problems and resolutions.
6. Must have complete and current knowledge on all service, procedures, marketing promotions, CAE promotions, billing problems, etc. and use these offers to negotiate with customers and try to retain potential lost revenue.
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:
1. High school diploma or the equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
3. Excellent communication skills with strong sales skills.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Must have good attendance record.
