About the Program
Access Worldwide has partnered with our client, a respected industry leader, for the Valued Account Outreach Program for more than a decade to bring this exciting opportunity to qualified, results driven, high powered sales professionals.
We sell, and service quality telecom, data and voice to small and medium sized existing California business customers. The VAO program was implemented and designed to provide customers with dedicated resources and the leading edge technology that our customers deserve. Our sales team educates customers on new products, new applications for existing products, current promotions and opportunities to help in the customer’s business.
Customers receive true value in the service that VAO provides. As an account manager you are appointed by the client to be the customer’s single point of contact for all their business telecommuting needs. We are seeking dedicated, energized, ethical, and motivated sales professionals to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.Maintain and grow existing customer base and develop sales opportunities.Accurately process sales and orders.Keep current on all products and services that client has to offer and keep up to date on industry trends. Account Managers are expected to work within set key performance measurements defined by the sales center management team.
What does it take?Excellent communication, sales negotiation and problem resolution skills.Strong time management skills.Strong familiarity of PC, Microsoft Word and Excel.High school diploma, some college preferred. 1-3 years proven sales ability. 1-2 years of telecommunications experience a plus.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Effective negotiation and closing skills. Excellence in interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Ability to ascertain customer needs and present valuable solutions.
