As a Telecommunications Engineer you will be responsible for:

 

·         Designing, developing and implementation of a VoIP IVR/Speech/ACD architecture. 

·         You will support national contact centers and the business users who occupy those centers.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 Responsibility for the technology process flowsManage the integration of IVR, CTI, ACD and Agent desktop environments Identify changes needed in the infrastructure configuration to achieve the technology organization goals Supports the infrastructure strategy reviews and development by performing applicable analysis Provide project management oversight to infrastructure implementation projects. Implements technology and infrastructure changes for platforms, performance and scoring. Manage effective issue identification and resolution process; serve as the focal point for infrastructure-related issue / crisis resolution Design an effective test plan for any new / changed infrastructure technology and work with Project Managers, QA / Testing Managers and Release Managers to ensure its implementation before the client takes possession of the system

 

Qualifications

 Knowledge of applications utilizing VXML and CCXML 3-5 years of contact center technology experience Development, integration, and deployment knowledge of IVR, CTI, ACD components and knowledge of Speech technology architecture
