Responsibilities:
Ø Showcase your sales skills and believe in what you are selling. Always new, exciting and innovative wireless products and services being launched.
Ø Rally around company sales contests, sales programs and incentives.
Ø A chance to stay connected with customers through outstanding retention efforts and friendly customer service.
Ø Lead the way amongst the team with daily telesales and prospecting efforts.
Ø Responsible to handle outbound calling to create opportunities to increase handset upgrade sales, add-a-line sales, add-on features/data sales, accessories sale, etc.
Ø Be part of a team that provides unparallel sales and service to valued customers.
Ø Take advantage of state of the art telesales resources such as Salesforce.com, SalesGenie.com & Gryphon Tools to name a few.
Ø Capitalize on leads derived from Direct Mailings that will be sent to valued customers that are eligible to upgrade.
Ø Facilitate the process of sending “Thank You” cards to customers who purchase a handset followed up with a phone call.
Ø Provide friendly follow up with customers who visit one of Nexgen’s Service & Repair locations to insure customer satisfaction.
Ø Offer tremendous savings to customer by enrolling customers in the Nexgen Loyalty Program.
Ø Provide sales and service to both consumers and to business customers.
Ø Your chance to grow, build your sales opportunities by maintaining customer relations.
Ø Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and staff. Be part of a group that fosters interdepartmental teamwork.
Ø Your chance to demonstrate excellent speaking and listening skills along with great people skills.
Ø Showcase your time management and organizational skills; complete projects and paperwork by assigned due dates.
Ø Be proactive in all forms of communication – email, answer calls, return calls, written correspondence, etc.
Ø Work traditional Monday – Friday hours in a team setting (may include some occasional weekends and holidays).
Ø Be part of a team atmosphere in which employees are empowered and recognized.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ø 1-3 years of selling experience or equivalent. Telesales experience a plus.
Ø Strong understanding & commitment to the importance of great customer service.
Ø Dynamic personality, communication and phones skills.
Ø Highly motivated, eager, determined, resourceful and proactive.
Ø Ability to succeed in an office / field / business sales environment.
Ø Professional and effective oral and written communication skills.
Ø Superior time management and organizational skills.
Ø Valid driver’s license required.
