Trade Export Licensing Specialist - US

Location: US-TX-Dallas Requisition ID:  REQ59926100 (Post ID:71282635) Job Level:  Experienced (Non-Manager)Provide leadership in the execution, maintenance and management of U.S. export control licensing program in accordance with the US Export Administration Regulations(EAR). This includes the collection of data and information required to make a license determination and application to the Bureau of Industry and Security along with all aspects of compliance management during the life of a license. Duties include:Engage R&D and Business Operation primes to gather data and information required for license determination and application Construct and submit license applications for products and technology in accordance with the US EAR. File for ENC reviews and obtain CCATS where appropriate Track all requests to the government and provide communication to R&D and Business Operations prime Document and communicate all provisos issued by the government Manage compliance for all active export licenses and ensure timely renewal for applicable licensesProvide export licensing and product / technology support to projects designed to streamline export control processingThis position requires the skills to be able to analyze product and technology attributes and apply those attributes to determining US export licensing requirements. The position must be able to interface effectively with R&D and Business primes to ensure data and information is provided completely and accurately first time through.
