Location: US-NC-Raleigh/Durham-RTP Requisition ID:  REQ59543046 (Post ID:71408690) Job Level:  Experienced (Non-Manager)Senior Financial Analyst - Transfer Pricing Transfer Pricing is a world wide, dynamic application of regulations that determine how related parties allocate risk and reward which has a direct bearing on tax liabilities globally.  Increased emphasis on Transfer Pricing has created an opportunity at Nortel for the right candidate to be an integral part of a global Tax and Finance organization.  In this fast paced environment, the individual will be directly involved in the transfer pricing compliance and planning in more than 30 countries, worldwide.  The successful candidate will have extensive interaction with a broad range of personnel throughout the organization.  The position has opportunity to grow into more senior roles as you build your experience with Transfer Pricing planning strategies and integrate them into company policies. Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and support of multiple Advance Pricing Agreements- Provide responses and planning strategies in connection with U.S. and non-U.S. transfer pricing audits- Assist in the development, coordination and monitoring of intercompany policies- Generate financial reports, perform financial and economic analyses- Assist with the major aspects of Transfer Pricing projects including scoping, fact gathering, economic analysis and implementation- Provide analysis on various intercompany matters Skills·  Strong research and analytical skills·  SAP knowledge a plus·  Working knowledge of financial statements·  Strong presentation and writing skills·  High level expertise in use of Microsoft Excel ·  Should be a creative thinker and able to work independently Experience 3-5 years corporate finance/Big 4 experience BS in accounting, economics or finance General transfer pricing or tax experience a plus Graduate degree preferred CPA a plusTravel Required:  Minimal travel Position Type:  Full Time, Employee Relocation assistance:  None,  Homebase Eligible:  NO Shift:  Day/First Shift Business Unit:  Finance
