Voice Engineer

This project will enable all previously converted VoIP phone systems to be upgraded to the latest standards and call processing configurations in Cisco CallManager Administration and trouble shooting of Cisco CallManager configurations Create new sites within Cisco CallManager Work with project manager and other Voice Engineers to understand process and change control requirements of the environment

 

Cisco Call Manager experience Administration and MAC experience Expert at trouble shooting CallManager configurations Experience configuring the following... Hunt Pilots, route lists, translation patterns, CTI route points, line groups and calling search spaces Understanding of SRST (Cisco IOS Survivable Remote Site Telephony) and MGCP(media gateway control protocol) 2 to 5 years Voice Engineering background Solid understanding of LEC voice services such as T1 and PRI technologies Great soft skills and communication abilities Previous experience building individual sites within a Call Manager from scratch Nice to have... CCVP Call Manager 6.0 exposure Avaya modular messaging (voice mail)
