Warehouse Manager 100025BR

Enforces all Warehouse and Converter Room Policies & Procedures.

Provides guidance and direction to staff including hiring, disciplinary action, staff development, goal formulation and performance review. Supports company’s policies and procedures including AA/EEO goals.

Assists in developing and managing the annual warehouse department plans and associated forecasts and budgets.

Supervises all warehouse personnel.

Maintains appropriate inventory levels for all materials and converters throughout the division.

Assists in the selection and standardization of product types and vendors.

Coordinates purchases throughout the year so inventory levels can accommodate seasonal activities.

•Responsible for completion of all necessary reports in accordance with Finance Department guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Experience/Education:

Bachelors degree in business or related field and four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Specific warehouse operations and/or inventory control required.

Required Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications required.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously to completion required.
Ability to read and write in English and use arithmetic skills accurately to complete daily paperwork required.
Accuracy and attention to detail required.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with management, co-workers, and customers required.
Valid North Carolina driver’s license and compliance with Time Warner Cable’s vehicle safety operations policy required.
Ability to work hours outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification required.
