Explore this career opportunity in wireless sales. Authorized Sprint/Nextel Dealership has immediate openings for Full time Outside B2B sales consultant.
B2B WIRELESS CONSULTANT
· Determine needs and effectively communicate benefits of product, services, features, rate plans and special promotions to each customer
· Prepare and submit complete, accurate and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions
· Meet and/or exceed monthly sales objectives consistently
· Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking and/or telemarketing leads
· Comply with all cash and security policies, ensuring the protection of company assets and the safety and security of employees
· Prepare and submit required sales reports
· Service all customers and accounts regarding billing issues, equipment upgrades, technical difficulties, general information, etc.
· Attend and participate in all weekly/monthly meetings
· Assist in any special projects as assigned by Manager
· Maintain and provide excellent customer service to all clients and patrons at all times
· Respond, assist and rectify any concerns, repairs and/or sales as requested by customers and/or management.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, possess excellent
communication and customer service skills, and have demonstrated
organizational abilities.
Knowledge of wireless communications industry terminology and applications preferred although not required
· Exhibits a high energy level and high degree of self-motivation, positive attitude and ability to demonstrate a “team spirit” atmosphere
· Able to work extended/flexible hours as needed
Position pays Base, plus commission, with medical, dental, vision benefits, and 401k contribution.
