 ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

 

For a 24/7 professional inbound telecommunications call center (I.E. answering service)

 

Join our award winning team serving varied national clientele. 

Positive, caring problem solver wanted to join progressive East Bay telecommunications service company. Handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, show initiative and learn quickly, be concise and articulate, deal effectively with clients, understand and use computer programs.  Telecommunications or answering service experience a plus.

 

We offer a professional, convenient Berkeley location near Bart/Bus, salary and bonuses, plus benefits, including medical and profit sharing.  Salary range start @ $30,000-$33,000 depending on experience. To arrange an interview, please email your resume to csrjob@directlineinc.com .

 

 

 

 CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVEJOB DESCRIPTION

 

 

DUTIES  INCLUDE:

Responding to new inquiries about service

Interpreting client needs and setting up promptly, accurately and efficiently on all applicable computers and systems

Arranging service connections with the phone vendor and clients

Soliciting and receiving feedback from clients on our quality level and suggesting additional services

Responding to client inquiries regarding billing, service questions or instruction changes

Maintaining client account and on-call information

Collecting client payments to maintain current status

Other special projects as needed or assigned

You would be the point of contact and liaison between the client and our company. 

 

SKILLS

You should be concise and articulate, and able to:

§ *Work effectively in a fast paced environment.

·  *Communicate effectively with clients, helping meet their needs and solve problems

·  *Be pleasant mannered, versatile, flexible, conscientious

·  *Be well organized

·  *Set goals and meet deadlines

·  *Have professional manner and appearance

·  *Work cooperatively with staff and outside vendors

·  *Understand and use computer programs, Basic PC experience;

§ *Computer literate; skilled in MS Word; Excel, Outlook

§ *Quickly learn & understand programming on TAS software: includes conditional formula programming in our script-based message taking software.

§ *Database and/or programming knowledge a plus

· *Good problem solving skills

·  *Show initiative and learn quickly

·  *Ability to prioritize &  multi-task, assist with other office tasks and projects

·  *Provide back-up on Call Center System, answering calls when assigned or needed in a high call volume/fast-paced environment.

 

General work hours Monday-Friday 8a-6p (an 8 hr workshift during that timeframe) or other hours to be determined
