Working Location can be in MA or NH
There are three schedules available, one day schedule, one mid-shift and one second shift. All schedules include a Saturday OR Sunday.
Respond to Chat & email inquiries of High Speed Internet, Telephony, and Cable subscribers, covering full range of customer services (serviceability, sales, technical problems, and billing) in a prompt and professional manner.Development/Enhancement of Chat & email response templates.Interact with other departments to resolve complex issues and inquiries.Correct errors/discrepancies with customer billing as necessary.Resolve delinquent customer account balance issues.Train on the utilization of the applicable Chat and Email application(s) to perform the daily Chat customer service/Email response functions.Periodically assist with the training and mentoring of new employees.Receive regular feedback on Chat/email quality as a result of having Chat/emails and customer replies monitored and evaluated on a regular basis by supervisor.Represent Responsibilities in a professional and positive manner.Other duties assigned.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with PCs, installing software programs, and troubleshooting operating systems, software and hardware.Familiarity with MAC and/or Windows operating systems.Proficiency with WWW and Internet, and Email.Excellent written communication skills.Ability to work independently. Proven history of problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
Ability to work overtime, as needed.
