Administrative Assistant

Black Horse Carriers is looking for a highly motivated individual to work as an Administrative Assistant in our Menomonie, WI location. This person is responsible for providing administrative support to Terminal Manager as well as responsibilities of their own.  This position will require data entry, filing and answering of phones. They will also have interaction with customers, drivers and dock employees. This person must work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements

Good organizational, communication and analysis skills required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Prefer at least 2 years experience. This will be a Monday - Friday 5pm - 1am shift.
