Choices Choices – Jason’s Deli Distribution is opening 10-12 stores per years which gives our drivers a variety of routes to choose from.

Home Time and Again -- One day off for every week out, typically two days off per week.

Good for your health – Jason’s Deli Distribution drivers do NOT haul haz-mat.

One Smooth Pull – Jason’s Deli Distribution also features Air-ride trailers and 1/2 of our fleet have lift gates!


PAY INFORMATION

Regional RoutesStarting Pay Range: .35 CPM - .42CPM

* PLUS*Stop Pay: Average 5-6 stops per route

  Year 1 $20 Per Stop

Year 2 $25 Per Stop

Year 3 $30 Per Stop

  Year 4 $35 Per Stop

Year 5 $40 Per Stop

*PLUS*Paid DOT Regulated Sleeper Berth Time

Year 1 $6 Per Hour

Year 2 $6.50 Per Hour

Year 3 $7 Per Hour

 Year 4 $7.50 Per Hour

Year 5 $8 Per hour 

 



COMPANY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Class A CDL

Minimum Age: 23 Years.

Minimum Experience: 1 Year Experience

Hire Teams: Yes

Driving School graduates: Yes

HAZMAT Endorsement: No

Doubles/Triples Endorsement: No

Tank Endorsement: No

Passenger Endorsement: No

DWI Restriction: Yes. Individuals with a DWI within the past 10 years will not be considered for employment

Moving Violation Restrictions: One moving violation in the past year and only two in two years.

Preventable Accident Restrictions: 1 last 3 years.
