Maersk Line, the world’s largest provider of containerized transport solutions, is now hiring for our Customer Resource Center in The Woodlands.

 

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to coordinate the import/export process to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing quality customer service, processing customer orders, maintaining data in our internal systems, and resolving customer issues. This will involve working on the phone with importers, exporters, international freight forwarders and customs house brokers.

 

These positions require a minimum of a HS diploma (or equivalent), superior communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and good problem-solving ability. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook) are required. A Bachelor’s degree and transportation industry experience are highly desirable. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours between 7:00am – 7:00pm.
