Skills required are:2+ years experience in a high volume call center environment Prepare Customer ReportsData input experience Excellent customer relationship skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced deadline driven environment. Team player, willingness to work with functional teams that support prompt resolution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic Microsoft office skillsSupervisory experience preferred.
