We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Management Specialist in our Mesa, AZ location.
POSITION PURPOSE
To assist the Information Center Manager by providing leadership and support in a variety of areas including: Customer relations, work order administration, data management, company-wide initiatives, and achievement of business goals.
Key aspects include:
o Administers work order accuracy to ensure the integrity of Recall’s database and monthly billing.
o Maintains consistent and accurate databases using decision-making skills and communication with external customers and internal partners.
o Understands the customers’ needs and develops solutions to improve the customer experience.
o Builds customer satisfaction.
o Supports customers by providing a link between Customer CARE, Sales and Operations. Provides feedback and information to internal groups and ensures timely and professional responses to internal and external customers.
o Furnishes direction and training to data entry personnel to ensure timely and accurate input.
o Understands and supports Recall’s SOPs and our mission, goals and values.
o Demonstrates a high proficiency in ReQuest and ReQuest Web.
o Provides assistance to ICM for administering Brambles and Recall initiatives such as training, safety and Perfect Order.
o Confers with management and other key personnel to increase productivity and reliability in all areas of operation.
o Assists with project planning, tracking and facilitating to ensure all objectives are met.
o Manages project resources and personnel to achieve on-time and complete delivery of project goals.
o In the absence of the ICM, assumes increased responsibilities and works with the IC Supervisor and Lead to facilitate Consistent Accurate Reliable Efficient services in all areas of the operations.
Minimum Requirements
o College degree or 3-5 years equivalent professional work experience
o Proven experience in account management, client services or similar client focused environment
o Self-motivated and customer-oriented with a dedication to excellence
o Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence.
o Ability to define problems, collect data, and create quality summaries
o Proficiency with MS Office applications and can quickly adapt to new technology
o Strong organizational and time management skills
o Must have a track record of successfully leading teams
o Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with daily interruptions
